Financial AID for current students

Full-time students in CHAVÓN’s Technical Programs may apply for financial aid or an increase in their current aid during their academic career.

To do so, they must submit the application form to the Student Services Department, along with their updated transcript and any other documents that support their financial need.

Financial aid allocation is subject to fund availability, academic index, and the student’s artistic performance.

Financial aid applications are reviewed by academic year, not by trimester. Students wishing to request an aid increase may do so at any time during the year; however, applications will be evaluated by the Financial Aid Committee and may take effect starting from the Fall trimester (September), at the beginning of the following academic cycle.
